A few years ago, we bought our dream house, built by Dean Homes as their showpiece for Quality Street. This house is a true work of art, with craftsman touches and superior quality everywhere in the design: countertops of finest Italian granite, three water features, stone fireplace, beautiful wood floors, Japanese-style wood entryway, soaring ceilings, skylights, luxury bathrooms, covered patio, all natural stone, granite and wood throughout. Every detail of the design is meticulous and top quality.
Before, during, and after our move-in, Dean Homes provided excellent service, reliable and responsible, responding quickly and professionally to every homeowner’s concern, no matter how minor. Years after our move, Dean Homes still helps us with repair and maintenance as needed under warranty. That said, the house is so well designed and built that it still looks fresh and new.

"We have used Dean as our 'go to' person through numerous remodel and house projects, including significant bathroom and kitchen remodels and a 350sf addition to our home. Over the years, Dean has helped with and given advice on design, plumbing, cabinetry, roofing, windows, flooring and much more. Dean always knows the ins and outs of every situation, including the range of options for how to handle them. Whenever we had a question or issue, we knew we could count on Dean for the solution. Most impressive, though, is the level of quality in Dean's work. We have seen his new home construction, which is flawless, and have used Dean to check work done by our contractors on every single remodel job we've ever done. Dean has an incredible eye for detail, picking up on even the slightest issue, enabling us to make sure our contactors reach a level of quality much higher than had we not involved Dean.
In terms of budgetary considerations, Dean is very good at breaking down the options to provide a sense of the tradeoffs between cost and the look and functionality of the finished product. "I have worked with Dean Jasper for 10 years as he has purchased land, tear downs and multi-family projects as well as marketing mid to upper end homes with me as his representative. I have worked with Dean from planning phase to final customer service on many homes both speculative and custom during this time and have nothing but the utmost in opinion and trust in his professional capacities in building a high quality home with low maintenance results in mind.
When it was time for a down to the walls remodel of my personal residence Dean was the only saving grace. Once demolished down to the subfloor many surprises showed up that had been behind closed walls. I quickly realized I was over my head and in need of a professional trouble shooter if I ever expected to have it put back together properly. Dean assessed the situation quickly, formulated a revised plan of action for all of the details, instituted a revised schedule and called in his A-team of subcontractors. With their endless knowledge and teamwork Dean and his crew had things back on track seamlessly. Dean was invaluable in his efficiency both in time and money in getting the job done on schedule and more importantly in making sure it was done right. I can honestly say that I would never consider another project of that scope without him leading the way.
Building/remodeling can be a long, expensive and at times daunting process. One of the greatest assets Dean brings to the table is his daily supervision on the job site. When inevitable snags arise Dean is immediately on top of the situation for troubleshooting.
